The City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania reached a grim milestone on Wednesday after a 55-year old woman was shot multiple times and killed, making her the 500th homicide victim in the city for this year.

While responding to an emergency call, four Philadelphia firefighters and one civilian were injured when a fire truck collided with a car and building Thursday afternoon.
